Specifically, I will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for personal gain, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to the client, or otherwise divulge any portion of the confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the client.

I will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. I acknowledge that the client reserves the right to terminate any contract should they become aware of any unauthorized use of the confidential information.

I will supply, on request, an appropriate Non-Disclosure document for completion by both parties prior to undertaking any work.
