About Me
I live in the North East of England with my husband and two young sons.
I hold a B.A. (Hons) in Business and I am a trained administrator, typist and word processor operator (Word).
I am self-taught in Internet Marketing and running an Online business.
Online Experience
Since 2001 I have been studying Internet Marketing. I would say that I am now pretty experienced in most
aspects of this area and I have my own personal websites which I grow, prune and promote each day.
Things which I have done Online over the past ten years:
I have decided that authority websites are where I am most happy at and I am in the process of writing my second ebook
to sell at my anti aging website.
Customer service wise, I am currently using the Vision Helpdesk Suite and I am familiar with Clickbank procedures and the Kayako customer
support software.
Offline Experience
I have 25 years experience in the secretarial field, and worked my last 13 years at Newcastle University. I eventually worked
my way up to Office Manager, supervising secretaries and running the administration for the Department of Education. I left this position in
2002 by taking voluntary severance and started a family.
For a brief period I set up and ran a Domestic Cleaning Business (House Cleaning) by employing two cleaners while I managed the business from
home. However, I soon realised that this was not for me so I closed the business down.
